At some point in 2027....the UK will conduct a unique military exercise...where the enemy is likely to be identified as Russia, and a key-part of the exercise...is to recall veterans.
Basically....they will draw upon a 95,000-strong strategic reserve....getting the 'gang' in....dressed-up...equipped, and deployed 'somewhere'.
Usual? Some say such a exercise hasn't been done in two or three decades.
Russian reaction? No one has said much yet.
