A deal has been worked....oddly enough, between the Russian folks who produce Sputnik (the Covid-19 vaccine) and the Bavarian state government. 2.5 million doses (figure 1.25 people get the two doses). Their vaccine is done 3 weeks apart.
A big deal? Well....they are careful to word the delivery date. And there is the problem of getting it approved by the EU (has yet to happen).
Hostility? The Linke Party voiced that it's unfair that the Bavarians got some special deal....while the 15 other states did not.
