Focus had a major news piece this afternoon....talking over what now seems obvious....that various Middle Eastern states would like to see Hamas 'fail' (collapse).
Logical? I pondered over this for a while.
There are five 'power-players' that might have an negative view of Hamas (Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, and Saudi Arabia). Some others are neutral. Iran and Yemen? They might lean heavily for Hamas to accomplish something.
The chief problem for the power-players is that they don't want a Hamas-like organization on their doorstep, or dragging them into some crazy mindset. These are countries that crave stability and financial advancements. In the case of Jordan and Egypt....they really don't want a disruption of tourism.
This talk of the Hamas hidden wealth being a target now? Well...the talk centers on what the CIA says in some funny way....a portfolio value of a billion-dollars. Whether this is BS or not? Unknown. This being in Bitcoin or crypto-currency? That's another odd suggestion. Even if you seized the Bitcoin....then what? Would you sell it off....hold....or donate it to a legit charity for the people of Gaza?
This going on long-term like Russia-Ukraine? I can't see Hamas having lasting-power. Iran might play into this, but they really can't afford to be on some stupid economic 'pain-list' at present.
Yeah, I might agree....it's on everyone's mind....to get the Hamas business wrapped up and finished off.
