At some point in the mid-afternoon....some guy drove a delivery-type van into a crowd of Germans at some beer-garden setting, killing four, and injuring at least a dozen (six of them seriously).
Facts:
1. The guy was born in 1969, and is a German....not an immigrant. It's not a terrorist action.
2. Cops have the guy in their database as a mentally disturbed person. They won't say if he's been arrested before, but you get the impression that he's 'known'.
3. The guy is dead, shot. No one says he had a pistol, and one might suspect that cops shot him dead. Cops report that they were downtown and ready position for a Kurdish demonstration that was expected.....so they were in the area 'in force'.
4. Some questions remain, but it's simply not a terror action....just a nutcase in a vehicle.
5. Finally, it was the sunniest and warmest day of 2018 so far, and a lot of people were out today.
