About a month ago....German doctors all frowned on the idea of wearing facial masks in public. I won't go and use the word 'shame' but you were told it wasn't going to help.
So today....the German Robert Koch Institute (RKI) issued new guidance.
They say: "a simple protective mask can reduce the risk of "infecting another person by coughing, sneezing or speaking".
Course, the question is....can you even get such a mask at this point?
Around six weeks ago, I was able to get a box (50) of cheapo masks for around 30 Euro (back last summer, they would have been 6 Euro). Right now? No one has masks at all.
So Bandannas will be the solution? More or less.
