Another Berlin Pool Brawl

This AM, I noticed another public pool fight occur over the weekend in Berlin.

This started between two guys, and escalated to around a dozen.  One guy was knocked out.

What the cops say....to restore order....eight police vehicles (16 police) were required.

Politically, these pool brawls are attracting social media attention and public demands to ensure 'peace'.

Some folks are saying more police action....but the police don't want to be 'pool-guards'.  Hiring private security?  You'd end up with 'pool-bouncers' and accusations of special treatment for some folks.

My suggestion?  It is a male issue....between ages 15 and 25 mostly.....I'd just set up a new fee-to-enter deal....triple the cost for the immature crowd.  If that's not enough.....I'd triple it a second time.

Were the trouble-makers German or immigrants?

Germany has officially become a 3rd world chithole. The media will spin this so that it appears that Hans and Fritz were fighting over the last beer in their cooler.

Generally, the public news media avoids the ethnic question and just says young males. Where pictures come up (via Twitter or Youtube video), I would suggest they are either Turks or Arabs (not Africans or Asians).

One painful aspect is that it's purely a youth thing (say age 15 to 25). These pool brawls never involve any guy over the age of 40.

Easiest way to get their attention, is escalate prices. Currently, general entry is for afternoons....around 5.50 Euro a person (late afternoon is 3.50). (Some of the nicer pools will be 8 Euro a person).

Force the young male crowd to pay 12 to 15 Euro, and use the money to bring in bouncers. Most will not have that kind of money, and if they do...the bouncers hired could easily handle the potential problems.
