Marcel Fratzscher, President of the German Institute for Economic Research (DIW), made a comment or two today via a N-TV interview....over the Ukraine, and potential war.
He says if the Russians cut back on the natural gas supply to influence the Germans.....the priority is for homes....NOT industry.
So you might discover one morning....walking into your office....that the temp is now 16 C (61 F).
The recession getting worse in Germany.....oh yes. He also uttered the word 'meltdown' for Germany.
But Fratzscher laid out the bigger issues for Russia.....insisting they would feel a good bit pain during this period.
