For several days, this story drifted around about the small town of Borne (suburb outside of Leipzig).....that some rowdy folks gathered up.....did some kind of 'Hitler-march' and rendered a 'seig-heil' salute. Then some confrontation was said to have started....against the police.
Today, after one of the SPD Party folks commented on this (suggesting it did happen).....folks in Borne cleared the air. There were a couple of rowdy folks (certainly not 200.....more likely to be a dozen or so)....and there wasn't anything that resembled a 'march' or a 'seig-heil' salute. And no....police weren't attacked.
All BS? Yeah.
This getting out via fake news and social media? Yeah, more or less.
To be honest, there were two other towns....which also had fake news started up like this, and just spread because of social media.
The chief problem? People would 'like' to believe this occurred.
