The Inna Zhvanetskaya Story

In Baden-Wurttemberg (state) region, it barely got any real coverage.  Nationally in Germany....it was a page 6 story.  It's gotten passed around in the US now....so its worth a moment to talk over the five facts.

1.  Inna Zhvanetskaya, was a Ukrainian Jew....born in the mid-to-late 1930s.  In the absolute sense of things....she is a survivor of the Holocaust.  Oddly enough, she ended up in Germany in the past couple of decades.

2.  Her passion?  Classical music.  She was a noted composer.  I won't say she's a top ten type composer....but from the 1970s, for about 40 years....she was definitely in the top fifty list in Germany.  People in Germany still have a strong interest in the classical arts.

3.  Her mental side lessened in the past couple of years....to the point that a guardian was appointed in the region she lived (around Stuttgart).  No one says if the guardian is a relative or just a state social worker.  At some point in the past couple of months....the guardian presented papers to the local court....to place Zhvanetskaya in a facility.

4.  Apparently, there is some rule in effect....for 'facilities' like this to mandate a Covid vax status.  So the court ordered her to comply.....as part of their ruling.  Yeah, the word 'force' does come up when discussing this mandate.

5.  The ruling was challenged, but continued on.  Oddly enough, in the past couple of weeks....Zhanvanetskaya has 'disappeared'.  She might be in Germany....she might be elsewhere.

Any of the public TV or main newspapers in the region mentioning the court episode, the Covid vax mandate on this, or the disappearance?  No....but it's really a page 6 story that would normally never get mentioned much.

Where she is presently?  I would imagine that 'friends' of Zhanvanetskaya have observed the state position, the guardian, and the mandate....deciding that in her final days...Zhanvanetskaya deserved some better treatment.

The argument presented that this a right-wing or alternate-reality story being conjured-up?  Up to the point where the forced entry into a facility was uttered....this was all pretty regular stuff.  Once you said that entry could not be accomplished without the Covid vax, and you mandated the person into zero acceptance....then it became a comedy of errors for the judge and court system to handle.  I would suggest presently, the legal system might be happy that she's disappeared, and this whole story drops off the 'landscape'.
