When finished, 1,400 new apartments will be place, and a new population quarter for about 2,500 folks will exist. Business operations? They suggest 4,000 new jobs come into the city with this new section of town.
Some comments around Mainz suggest that a few of the apartments will be ready for occupancy before the end of the year. As for the whole project? I'd be guessing at least the spring of 2019 before the whole is signed off and done.
