Paris Riots: Who's in Charge?

Journalists have been asking the authorities about their strategy on handling the riots, and one of the chief questions left on the table....who is running the rioter's plans and strategy?  The answer so far?  No one.

That worries some folks because typically in 99-percent of past French riot periods.....you could identify a group heading it, and round up the dozen-odd chiefs, then you'd take down the entire riot business.

My suspicion?  I think you have people who are just fed up and frustrated....numbering into a quarter of the French population.  They are using social media to chat about it.....call for friends and associates to meet at some location at a certain time, and then do a riot presentation.  They can identify each other with the yellow jackets.

What happens to Macron's crew if they can't quiet down the riot business?  Typically, these riots reach a stage where you arrest or detain the leadership, and then, within a day or two.....things go quiet.

We may be looking at an evolution and Macron will do something really stupid....to double up the mess.
