I chatted yesterday about their failure, and this morning....the city management folks at Giessen (regional town to me)....stood up and admitted they have around 10-million Euro in the Greensill Bank, and it may be 'lost'.
By the end of the week....I would anticipate most German municipalities will admit their 'lost' amount, and demand some type of federal action.
UPDATE: Wiesbaden city officials announced mid-morning....they had around 15-million in the bank, and they are asking for information....if the money is 'safe'.
