Inflation for Germany in 2021?

I noticed a short piece in the Handelsblatt (the German version of the Wall Street Journal) which said they were now figuring a inflation rate of 3-percent by the end of 2021.

Bad?  In 2008, it was around 2.7-percent and in 2011....around 2.5-percent.  It's not bad....but you tend to take actions to limit the 'pain'.

The worst in 30 years?  1992, with 5.2-percent for one year.  For the past 20 years, you can say that it bounced mostly between 1 and 2 percent.

Predictions for 2022?  None so far.
