It's just odd how this is played out in Germany and via the news media.
In the past, the news media would have taken a negative view of Israel, and really gone negative with various interviews and special guests offering commentary.
Presently? Everyone and their brother is trying hard not to sound anti-Semitic.
The fact that Greta Thunberg (Fridays for the Future crowd 'leader') came out to make suggest a very mild anti-Semitic position? That drew some attention and then someone suggested that the group finally found something in common with right-wing crowd (a sarcastic slam).
The pro-Palestinian demonstrations yesterday in Germany? Mildly covered (just enough to say they allowed the mention) by public TV news.
It's kinda odd how 'woke' came into play with this, and you can't sound anti-Semitic.
