1. 'Ton' of hail came down in southern Germany around Reutlingen. Required snowplows to come out and push the ice out of the way on streets/roads.
2. For those who might bought electronics gear in Germany.....there were only two 'big' shops....Media-Markt and Saturn. Well.....both came to be owned by the same company, and it would appear that Saturn shops are being re-made into Media-Markt shop.
3. The German Reservists Association has commented upon the lack of manpower in the German Army.....stating that the 'draft' will have to be brought back....to reach the current goals.
