The Wacken weekend, designed for 4 days of intense heavy metal music here in Germany.....has been going on every summer since 1990.
Typically....85,000 tickets are sold.
What most Germans will say (yearly), of those who attend....bad weather isn't a big deal and it's part of the atmosphere....meaning the summer heat or rain-storms.
This year? Well....it's been raining daily for almost three weeks, and the amount of mud at the concert area is awful bad.
So what they said yesterday....of the 85,000 tickets, it would appear that 35,000 folks won't be given the green light to enter (refunded tickets).
