HR, my regional TV network (public) got onto a travel topic today. Out of Frankfurt, there's a new low-cost airline deal. Primera Air.
The deal? 149 Euro, one way....to New York City.
The big issue? Well....bags and extra leg-room cost more. You can figure at least 200 Euro being thrown onto the amount by the time you get the normal 'values'.
Landing destination? They say JFK.
The funny catch to this? Well....it's a Boeing 737 Max 9....holds maybe 189 passengers total.
I would suggest that if you just wanted to take a simple carry-on, and fly dirt-cheap, it would work. Me personally, the leg-room thing would be an issue and I'd prefer a normal seat with normal baggage deals.
