Last year, around the week prior to Christmas in the Darmstadt area.....this Morrocan gal had ended a relationship with a 17-year old Afghan guy. He'd called her up and asked to meet one last time, and there on the street....wanted to hug her....one last time. She agreed, and he approached....with a knife, and stabbed her ten times.
Cops say she was awful lucky, and got medical treatment immediately. She lived. Cops found the 'kid' who stabbed her.
So it came up in the HR (regional Hessen public TV) today.
Court concluded, and the sentence was handed down. Seven years was handed down. What the court says is that his age is not correct but he's close to nineteen years old but that would still qualify him as a juvenile.
Not much you can say.....it's another case where an immature young man showed up.....claimed he was unaccompanied....asked for asylum.....gave them a false age....got accepted for residency and a visa.....then got into a relationship that he couldn't handle.
How long was the guy in Germany? It appears mid-2015 that he arrived.
The threat of German law and jail? For some reason, it just doesn't register in the minds of some of these young guys. They wake up the next day.....arrested, and then seem to be in some different society.
