The new slogan for pro-migration and pro-immigration in Germany is 'Wir Sind Mehr' (We Are More).
Basically, it's a hyped-up slogan to imitate the right-wing guys and suggest in public conversation that the pro-immigration folks are 'many more' than the anti-immigration folks.
It's a catchy phrase and you can already see it being used by the public TV news folks.
Would I agree they are more? No.
I'd generally divide Germany into four groups:
1. The anti-immigrant folks (probably near 20-percent at present....meaning one out of every five).
2. The pro-immigration folks (probably near 30-percent at present).
3. The folks worried over public safety, crime, the cost of immigration, and having criticism over government leadership....BUT not convinced of being anti-immigrant yet (near 40-percent).
4. The folks with fear of the AfD as being the answer, but growing distrust of the Berlin leadership and their solutions. (near 10-percent)
What comes next? Some idiot with the AfD folks will probably craft a slogan saying 'Wir Sind Sicher".....meaning 'We Are Safe".
