EU Solution for Moria Refugee Camp?

This afternoon, the EU announced their 'quick' and decisive solution for the refugee camp on Lesbos that burned to the ground.....they basically want to erect this huge temp shelter warehouse operation, where you'd have everyone (13k of them) under one huge massive roof deal.

Yeah, there are a couple of advantages to this, and you could erect it in ten days.....if you had the right people there and the 'pad' existing.

Odds of this also being burnt to the ground?  It's best not to bring up this possibility.

The Greeks?  The Lesbos locals are basically saying today....'no'.  They are reportedly blocking the roads and preventing the EU folks from reaching the site, or conducting some assessments.

Their general feeling?  If you search across Twitter for local commenting....it's basically this....'we did our part in this temporary measure, and it's time they move on'.  The idea of the aluminum type warehouse?  Now, you start talking about a twenty-year structure and people remaining here for years and years.  The Lesbos locals see this as a practical idea.

If left to the islanders....this EU project won't happen, and I suspect Greek politicians have had their fill of the whole temp-solution.  The refugees have to move on....one way or another.
