First entire school in the Pfalz state to be shutdown because of Covid-19 infections, as of today.....as reported by SWR (public TV for the Pfalz region).
Effect? 880 total students. IGS Stromberg, in the Bad Kreuznach region (south of Mainz).
Amount of time for the shut-down? Not openly published.
I kinda expect this to be a daily thing in Germany.....where the numbers will reach a point, and the only logical thing is a 7 to 14 day shutdown.
Hurting class progress? Probably.....but this is the only logical step to take.
