This Thursday (10 September) will be a bit different from normal. Around noon....alarms across Germany will go off.
For the first time in thirty years....a nation-wide emergency system will go active....for a few brief minutes.
Doesn't matter where you....in a subway system, in a village, via TV, via radio.....the nationwide warning system will activate.
Why? Well...they simply say that they needed to ensure it worked as planned. That's it.
Believable? Basically, yes. Let's be honest....once the Wall came down...no one really believed a serious threat existed, and all this fret of a catastrophic event stuff went away immediately.
Why return now? No one really says.
General instructions? Stay calm, inform yourself via the media, and inform your neighbors.
