Basically, if your company drills down into your status (where you claim you are vaccinated) and the discover the shot record is bogus....they have the right to fire you. Adding to this burden....getting unemployment comp now becomes a problem.
Focus brought up this issue in the AM today.
Adding more problems? The government fixed up paragraph 279 of the criminal code. Deceiving is now worth 12 months in jail, depending on how the judge feels about your mess.
So the last thing on Earth that you'd like to get into....is a fake shot record mess.
How many people are walking around with them? Unknown. Price to buy one? I read a piece last week where 150-to-200 Euro was quoted for what appeared to be a good copy.
There's also chatter going on that the paper copy of the shot record is being viewed, and that three German states are about to mandate digital only.....meaning if you had never gotten into cellphones/smart-phones.....this mess would grab you, forcing you into a smart-phone to lug around your shot status. From the million-odd Germans who'd survived up to this point without a cellphone....your days are numbered now.
