How Compulsory Vaccinations Will Go in Austria

Focus reports today that a draft resolution is being written in Austria and will be finalized in the next week.

What it says on mandatory vaccinations?

Starting on 15 March 2022.....there's a 'fine' (tax is probably a more appropriate word) of 600 Euro every three months...if you choose to be non-vax.  Figure $800 US.

This will continue until you've paid 3,600 Euro....then apparently cease.

Folks exempted?  Kids up to 14 years old....if you are 15, you'd have to pay (in theory).  Pregnant women are also exempted.

This mailing?  It'd go out in mid-Feb.

Acceptance?  It's hard to predict.  Right now.....68.7-percent of the adult population is fully vax'ed.

I doubt if people will readily pay the fine, and debt-collection (at the front-door) will be used, and this might be a 'tricky' profession to be in.  They would obviously be given authority to collect property....like bicycles, TVs, laptops, etc.  Use of the police to enforce this?  More than likely.

Elections affect?  Right now.....there's nothing scheduled until mid-2024.

Demonstrations are pretty likely to come out of this situation.
