How Did the No-Alcohol Rules Come to Be, Within Covid?

Well....this is rarely laid out in detail, and various communities have attempted to avoid no booze rule creation.

The suggestion is....in urbanized areas (probably occurs in rural towns or small villages as well)....bars and pubs have customers that drink excessively.  These folks get chummy.....forget the 1.5-meter social distancing rule, and pass Covid here and there.

If you asked for science studies to back up this idea?  There just aren't any studies to prove or disprove this idea.

If you wanted to get around the ban rule?  You'd go over to the grocery in mid-town....buy your beer, rum, vodka, etc....putting them into the drag-around retiree shopping cart, and stand in the park consuming your booze with your four friends.

Eventually, I figure that some smart Germans will design a barrel-on-wheels that you can stack wood into and just drag it around an urban area....light up to warmth, and drink up the booze their friend brought along.

While you can anticipate this ending around April, with Covid lessening....you can count on the ban returning by November, and everything repeating itself.
