It's a passing story by Focus (won't even make page one on most newspapers)....but it's a curious one on Covid.
Some folks noticed that a fairly high number of dementia folks have passed on in the last year via Covid. The original idea was that age played a role in these two groups meeting up.
Well....now, the PhD folks say that both groups (dementia folks and Covid-affected folks) have a similar gene.
The story goes that this has some folks fairly interested because if they can identify a method of controlling Covid (down the road of course).....the same treatment plan might work on dementia.
