1. Food shortage in 7 to 10 days in Gaza. UN will ask for a pause and it'll be refused. Five days later...emergency ferry service will be approved for a 72 hour period, getting folks to Lebanon.
2. Shelling of Gaza then continues, until nothing is left standing. By mid-November, Gaza mission is concluded.
3. US ends up in action against Iran in some way.
