I sat and watched a N-24 news piece today.....talking over 'travelers' who are entering Belarus legally....who are migrants on their way to Germany. The German police hint that they think about a thousand migrants a day now....arrive in Minsk (Belarus). They are on a tourist-type visa, and they will quietly pick up their bags....exit the airport, progress to the city train station, and a typical train trip to the western border of Poland will take roughly four hours.
Then you have to contend with ever-increasing Polish border officials.
If you do the math....in a normal month right now....there's probably around 30k migrants who either at the beginning stage or end stage of entry into Germany.
Frustrations by the Germans over the Belarus leadership? Yeah.....probably so. But what exactly can they do?
The Poles? They don't want to get stuck with the refugees in Poland.....so either they work to prevent the entry, or they hasten to help them to move into Germany.
The thing that the Germans don't want? A repeat of 2015 where around one-million refugees entered the country.
