About every five years or so.....in Germany, we have a cannibal case.
In the next week, in Berlin, a court case will unfold. The guy (German) was arrested around November of last year 2020.
Various sites talk about the case but I'll cite DW as the most reliable.
So all of this stuff started around September of last year, and the guy (friend) came up missing.
Around a month later....some remains were found in a park, and this lead onto more investigation.
Evidence showed the victim had digitally met with the cannibal guy in question....on a date...arriving fairly late at the home.
Victim was fairly drunk....cannibal (a school teacher) suggests victim may have died from alcohol, and things just seemed to fall into place where chopping up the victim 'made sense' (going to be hard to say that the victim gave permission, if you ask me).
