Some weird event unfolded yesterday in Wuppertal, Germany (just east of Dusseldorf).
From what is reported by Focus....police got called to a location in the downtown area.
Guy was standing there with a knife and threatening people. Cops went up and gave him an order to put the knife down. Nothing much happened then.
So cops went to pepper spray. He reacted as you'd imagined....but then went to sit down on a park bench....at which point....he then pulled out a pistol. That got an immediate reaction by the police....shooting the guy.
Wounded, but apparently alive.
Reason for behavior? Authorities have no explanation and still have not identified the guy.
My best guess....some really heavy medication.
