I wrote yesterday of the court cases of two young guys (part of the summer riots in Stuttgart), and today....court closed up and passed the sentence.
The prosecutor and defense team kinda came to an agreement....for a suspended sentence, and youth counselor stepped in for the young guy.
The judge? 2.5 years of prison for each of the two. Some shock in the room apparently. The judge even sat there and asked....what led you to the belief of destroying the police vehicle was correct behavior....to which the kid had no answer.
