Doom and gloom?
Well....here's the thing....the Dom is around 220 meters above sea level. It'll take a heck of a lot of melting to reach the steps of the building.
I will admit after the big glaciers of Norway/Finland and the US....about 13,000 years ago....melted, that the sea level did rise between 200 and 300 meters....to where things are today. The trigger to that sudden and rapid 'event'? Unknown.
It'd make a great science fiction/doom movie, unless of course....the ice age returns.
