On the Ukraine-Russia war....someone noticed this today....off social media:
If you pull up article 280.1 of the Russian criminal code, and article 280.3....there's this problem.
They both basically say, if you as a Russian solder try to retreat (like from Kherson, Ukraine).....you are voilating federal Russian law. If you to do NOT support the retreat from Kherson....that's also against the law.
Yeah, as confusing as American and German law can be at times.....the Russian basically wrote a for/against clause.....which gets you prison-time no matter what you do.
