Headline news this morning in Germany, via the BILD am Sonntag, and Focus (the news magazine) notes the commentary.
Apparently, the German Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA) has come out and said that it found five "inadmissible shutdown functions" in Mercedes diesel cars.
If true, then it would involve a number of the brand's diesel cars which fall into the newer diesel standard (the Euro 6 category).
What KBA is suggesting is that a million Mercedes diesel cars are probably affected.
So that would end this being solely a VW problem.
