1. If you are watching the weather chatter for next week....it will begin (in the Rhine Valley region around Frankfurt) reach down to 6 C (42 F) at night. Heating systems will crank up at that point.
2. There's chatter of a little conflict brewing in Azerbaijan and Georgia. Oddly enough....both are pro-Russia in some ways. Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal.....but Azerbaijan does now provide natural gas flow into Europe, so no one much wants conflict to occur at this critical stage.
3. Phone call occurred yesterday between German Chancellor Scholz and Russia's Putin. Not much was said.....other than Scholz urging Putin to pull out of Ukraine....to get the sanctions dismissed.
