This AM, I gazed at Focus reporting, and came to 3 odd war stories:
1. After all this advancement by the Ukrainians....you would expect some effort by the Russians to deploy fresh new troops into the front....but there is no such effort going on.
The Ukrainians say (BS factor of '8' on my scale) that there are too many volunteers for the Russians and they appear overwhelmed by the new recruits. Another suggestion was that fears of death probably are going on (BS factor of '1' on that idea).
2. Any halts in the Ukraine advancement? No. The Russians appear (even today) to be falling back and giving up more territory.
3. All this promise talk by the German coalition government of battle-tanks....so far....hot air and no delivery. One would get the idea that the Germans are in great fear of escalating the war.
