Well....N-TV had a report this PM over this idea that Putin is now considering the idea that his time may have 'run-out', and he has to go into exile.
BS-factor? I give it a '6'.
So, there are three countries generally mentioned....Venezuela, Argentina and China.
First, I just can't see him in a 'give-up' stage.
Second, when you gaze at the list.....there has to be near thirty individuals following him from the 'friends-of-Putin' list....to leave as well.
Finally, if you did see him and the buddies leave.....then what? I think 90-percent of Russians would ask for a vodka bottle and consume the whole bottle in a matter of twenty minutes.
Would the Duma have a plan for this moment? Probably....but whoever is picked....is just a six-month stand-in guy.
