My humble belief....something will occur, without the participation of Russian parties, and some convictions (probably into the two-hundred to four-hundred range) will occur.
None of the guilty parties (99-percent all military or Wagner contractors) will emerge or leave Russia for the time being.....that's my belief. A couple will wander into Turkey or Asia....to be briefly arrested and sent off for their punishment. Eventually, Turkey and the players in this....will shut up and refuse to hold such people (because of threats made).
To get back into the good graces of European economic trade or travel? Well....something will have to occur....a decade down the line. Those Russian former soldiers will be shocked....a decade after the war ended.....they have some police at the door, and herding them onto planes bound for jail over the charges and court action.
