N-TV had a short piece this morning....talking over the lack of lumber and essential items for construction folks.
Roughly two out of three companies had reported that the pricing of things had escalated to the point where some folks were suspending orders/projects until pricing returns to 'normal'.
Second half of 2021? Looking better and companies seem to be more optimistic.
