Senegal/Germany Chatter

It's an interesting side story.  BP spent some time in Senegal, Africa (about the size of half of Germany).  There's a belief of 15-trillion cubic feet of natural gas there....waiting on investment monies to roll in.

So Germany has stood up and said they have an interest in this deal....if they can get the gas as a customer.

Oddly enough.....the opposing force?  Environmentalists.  Just about everyone in Senegal is ready to go, and hyped-up.

Senegal likely to be a major partner with Germany over this natural gas deal?  Five years ago....it would have been a joke.  Now?  I'd say that some LNG gas terminal is likely to be built, and within three years....this will start bringing in tons of natural gas to replace the Russian problem.
