N-TV did an update on what RKI suggests for the new Covid ban-rules.
What the government is being advised?
1. Public events where people would gather.....should be cancelled. One can interpret this to mean the various Christmas markets that would start in about two weeks. Fan attendance at soccer games? Probably on the list as well....so 'ghost-games' would come back where the players assemble to play, in an empty stadium.
2. They are suggesting that if you just show a runny nose or mild cough....you ought to call the doctor and do a PCR test to confirm it's not Covid.
3. They haven't suggested a shutdown.
