According to ARD.....Chancellor Merkel has now said that the state (the federal government) will cover the damages done to private and commercial facilities from the Hamburg riots.
The amount? Unknown. If you count road damage, public transportation damage, store-fronts, cars burnt, apartment or home damage, and private property destroyed....I would estimate over 20-million Euro.
Speed of payment? That's another unknown.
