This morning, ARD (public TV) reports that the Census would have occurred in May of 2021....but has now been suspended. Covid-19 is the apparent reason.
Next attempt? Spring 2022.
Last Census? May of 2011. Before that....May of 1987. The long difference in time between 1987 and 2011? A number of court challenges.....saying that private data was being collected. So a number of questions were thrown out....to make 'peace'.
The odds of any real number shift? Out of 83-million in population....it would shock me if they admit more than 1,000 'extra' legal people around with the actual number.
Now, if you asked about how many illegals exist in Germany, well....that's just a wild guess. Some folks might suggest more than 250k illegals exist in Germany and politicians would laugh over that type of number. I might go and suggest 50k (my humble answer).
