RTL (commercial network in Germany) put up a new news show at the 1015 PM slot....called Direkt.
Just a 20-minute piece and there's a interview each evening with some 'expert'. Toward the end, there's a 90-second comedy piece where some sarcastic chatter over events is uttered by some noted German comedian.
I'd give it a thumbs up. If you were looking for in-depth stuff, without a lot of 'slant'...they seem to be doing a decent job.
