About forty miles from where I live...to the west, in the Pfalz region....in the town of Gondershausen....cops got called this afternoon.
Some local celebration underway....bouncy castle had been set up.
Well....a hefty wind came up....picked up the castle about five meters (figure 16 feet) and dumped it. Nine kids injured...some bad enough for a trip to the hospital.
Just one of those weather things that you don't expect in Germany, with hefty winds coming up.
