1. Foreign Minister Baerbock (Greens) had Covid from about a month ago. She says presently....she gets all winded if she walks up two floors (hinting long-Covid).
2. Eight German guys are being held in a Mallorca jail-house....charges of setting fire to a beach bar. Bail to occur.....12,000 Euro each. Pretty serious business, but varying descriptions of what happened.
3. Last night, the local authorities in my region ran up the test of the siren system. For years, there was a test or two each year, and then for several years nothing. Test emphasis restarting apparently.
4. Lot of hype going on for planning in Munich for the Oktoberfest. However, it's been brought up that those portable natural gas heaters....will be forbidden. Chilly surroundings for beer drinking? Yeah....that's probably the case.
