Well...yes, if you flash....it's a fine/point situation. I noticed this brought up in Focus today.
These days....especially around Frankfurt, Wiesbaden and Mainz....there are a fair number of 'blitz-cameras' permanently mounted, and most people are aware of those.
It's the mobile ones....that they generally put up for a 24-hour period....that you worry about.
