1. Germans are forever whining about politics, promises made, and marginal solutions. If anyone ever came and really started to deliver....they'd all be in a state of panic ("something ain't right here").
2. One single cough on a bus, or in a check-out line....is enough to drive people to exit the situation.
3. No one from the news media wants to admit that the public fascination with Greta or the Fridays-for-the-Future crowd....is evaporating at a hefty rate.
4. Probably a quarter of all Germans can name ten American politicians or Supreme Court Justices. Fewer than 1-percent of Americans can name more than three German politicians (with at least one of them dead).
5. I suspect....on the national mute-ratio when appearing on TV....the Health Minister (Lauterbach) rates higher than any other political figure.
