There's this one small Covid story which I saw via Focus today, and it brings up this curious situation.
The Robert Koch Institute (RKI) is the chief advisor to the German government on Covid matters.
RKI came up yesterday and said that they want a policy in place as schools reopen....that if you have ONE single kid in a class group, then the whole class (teacher included) goes to home quarantine.
It's a pretty harsh rule, if implemented.
I could see where you sent the one kid home, and put the other twenty on a three-day break, then test all of them. But if this was a full fourteen day deal....you might as well start figuring the 2022 school-year will be a mess on instruction and achievements.
